On September 2012, someone on the internet told me to watch a movie but I forgot its name.

It’s the story in the USA from the future where the American economy has collapsed and people are using gold and silver for payment. The American territory is now strongly influenced by the Chinese and because of that, others were also using the Chinese Yuan as payment in the USA since the US dollar has collapsed also.

All I know is that the name of the movie is not “The Hunger Games” and “Silver Circle”. Thanks for your help!

@blue-horseshoe Yup! This sure is the movie that I’ve been looking for because in the beginning of the movie, I saw the guy who traded its silver bars for some Chinese currency.

" I picked up a few semi-numismatic coins a couple of days ago. Did not have any of them in my stack so I wanted to round it out a bit with a few of the prettier coins. " Shortwave ham frequencies provide worldwide communications daily.  VHF/UHF has its place in local comms. No morse code to get a license anymore. Doesn't hurt to know it tho because it will get thru jamming and interference voice can't. All my antennas are emp grounded, it is called lightning prot... " Reply To: Ham radio

Is Morse Code still part of the HAM License?   They cannot really shut down the frequencies, but may attempt to jam them. But more likely they will monitor these channels. ... " Reply To: Ham radio
