As in took yourself and your bullion to another country?
Its kinda hard to tell a Police Jackboot, with a gun in your face while he is stealing your bullion, that you are not in the “UNITED STATES” as defined in Blacks Law, or several USC’s while living in Arizona.

This is a hard asset IRA which removes you from the paper IRA that has characterized the private retirement programs we’ve used for decades. I just completed taking title to my own gold and silver using this system and did the same for my wife’s IRA. It allows you to hold your assets under your own control, removing the threat of a government expropriation of retirement funds, something that is very likely to become a reality with the extreme government spending and deficits we see today.
It is not a bullion bank IRA, something that is available with most brokerages. It allows true physical possession and control of your IRA with no counterparty risks.

It took me about 45 days to do mine including 2 weeks of computer failure on my part. The printing and other functions shut me down during that time. I proceeded cautiously since a mistake would have been very costly taxwise. The actual legal document writing process should not take more than a week and was first step in my self directed IRA. That set up the LLC. Once done, the IRA is transferred to a custodian. Depending on who holds your IRA that can take a week or so. Fidelity does not release funds quickly but they do ship within about a week or so. The custodian receiving the IRA funds is directed to transfer funds to the LLC bank account at which time the asset of your choice can be purchase. Doc and Bull Run will provide specifics once their system is up and running. I had been looking for the right platform for 6 months and found that this system was quite workable.

YES, What your doing is turning your 401k into a (Self Directed IRA) By doing this instead of a bank holding the IRA, You Do. It has to be separate from all other assets you have. Im sure AG will weigh in better than me.

Dummy, I legally
removed myself from the (exclusively Congressional) jurisdiction of the US into
that of The commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the process, I relinquished all
claim to citizenship granted under the (so-called) 14th Amendment,
stipulating sole citizenship as a Pennsylvanian. My bullion is buried in
various locations in ‘stealth’ faceted containers, so ‘jack boots’ are futile ‘tools’
for obtaining the objects of their avarice. So far, my cases have yielded
positive results. I’d won a related case I argued before the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court a few years ago, but (at the time) lacked the expertise in technical
process to cinch it down. My legal constructions are proving correct,
nevertheless, and ‘they’ DO leave me alone or crawl back into their woodwork 95%
of the time I challenge their premises for bothering me.

Believe me, I know what your talking about. YET, although I have tried to warn some cop acquaintances of mine, and they looked at me like I had two heads;) Police, Federali’s and others, when the adrenalin is pumping, guns drawn, and you do not have the luxury of ASSERTING your status to a person who speaks Legalese, although in the future in a court room, or via mail, you will be proven right. That will be possibly weeks or so after the altercation, and if they have “STOLEN” your property, it may be a difficult task at retrieving it. If they try to BAIT you, with having to sign under PAT FIELDS, although you are Pat Fields. I know some of what I am saying is semantics but I have had plenty of experience with the ignorant.
I actually was contemplating contacting the FBI and other “Code enforcement” agencies to contract with them and educate them about this kinda thing. Just to give them a unbiased “heads UP” 3hr or so interactive seminar, so we can understand each other, and where we come from, without having to resort to ignorant violence. Ask the class to come up with answers that will broaden their thought processes. My biggest restraint is figuring out how to cash the CHECK! lol
