    Are the economists ever right? I don’t think so. IMO, this was not unexpected. Spanish Bonds are back above 7%, NIRP springing up, several countries lowering their interest rates and the dummy economists think just because we live in the U.S. that jobs will just be created out of thin air? Ha! You can’t have jobs if the world economy is in decline and contracting on a daily basis.

    Took a little break from the site and got some bad vibes out of my system. Hope everyone returns here to help each other out. We need all the contributors to get us through the tough times. So C’mon back guys. Let’s get down to business and ignore any jerk trying to bring us down.

    As always, the actual numbers are far worse than the phoney printed numbers.  Our entire system is becoming so completely and totaly corrupt that it is almost hard to rationalize.  

    Sadly, it will only get worse.

    It’s always good to hear from you 2 OZ.  Your ability to find screaming deals on silver are a pleasure to hear about.  I wish I had that sense.  The turmoil on the site has subsided but that isn’t shared in the physical world .  The data today tells one part of the story  The U6 figure is 15%.  With every economic indicator slumping in 80% of the world’s countries we are in for a continuing slow patch. Europe is sliding down like a downhill skier on tilt.  I hope that you were able to start your business.  What is the status?

    Who actually believes the .gov’s unemployment figures, and how does this compare to the anecdotal evidence we folks hear from the prople around us?

    First thing when I came into work this morning, I was informed that my $400k project – which I have been diligently planning these past few months – has been deferred until next year.  This project represented income for many people.  “Sorry, but there is no money left in the pot for this one,” is what my boss’s email basically conveyed.

    No matter what the PTB spin – the jobs are not yet coming back.

    Well just so you guys know, you’re ALAWYS gonna be 20 on the inside…..and as a single guy agian for quite a while now…get about it about the same as when I was a married guy, which is close to zero…..’cept now there’ a whole freakin’ lot more $$$ in my pocket and no more egg shells to be walkin’ on or honey-do lists……
