My Faith in Silver is Just About Broken

The error I see stackers making is the value of their stash in fiat. Fiat that is rapidly losing any purchasing power and is losing its usefulness. Price your stack in real world goods to see how you are doing. $4 silver years ago bought 8-16 gallons of gas, $21 silver still buys 8 gallons of gas today so how much value have you lost? None!

This is it! It's the end of precious metals' bubble! Silver is now at 20.90$ per ounce and gold at around 1342$ per ounce! Silver got hit very badly after the opening of the market.

There are many ways to view this one way is insurance, you pay for policies don't you? I hope my home never get blown away in a storm but if it does I have a policy to cover it. I like insurance, it's not always cheap but I sleep better at night knowing I have it.

my avg price was $32-33 an oz but a recent Doc buy was about $25 and that made me satisfied with DCA
My take on the fallout of these price smashes is one that tells me there are more reasons that just taking down silver prices to unwind a TBTF bank silver short contracts. That same bank is under strict orders to keep PM prices down to prevent a wholesale repudiation of the dollar, the world's reserve currency. That is a bit deal since without that reserve status, we would really be in the shitter. I magine what we would have to pay for oil if we were not the reserve currency. That's one of the reasons the US forced this status into the hands of the people in D.C.
Gold is another story and it is a really big deal with a world wide value of $5 trillion or more, resting in hands that would like to see the US taken down. Silver's value makes it a low dollar skirmish but another vital factor since the world runs on silver due to its vital uses.

Your crystal ball is the Silver chart, nothing more nothing less. Go screw David Morgan and the rest. They have ruined so many people financially.

Will The Internet Be Up?

If everything collapses, then who is going to power up the Internet? Not everyone will accept precious metals right away for payments after the collapse so by that time, the Internet will disappear as well.

Just don't listen to these financial "experts". They are wrong 99% of the time and the 1% is just them being lucky with their crap predictions. My average cost of silver is 35$.

Candian $100 silver coin

It still cannot be used like "normal" currency. I can't take it to the bank and use it like a 100$ bill. There was a guy who wanted to pay his bills so he tried to exchange a few 20 for 20 coins at his local banks and they won't take it even if it is legal tender. The Royal Canadian Mint told him that it is not a "normal circulating coin".

I do not mean to insult anyone but 'NSLOOKUP' is a excellent tool built into Windows that allows easy conversion of DNS naming conventions to numeric addresses. I have 'NSLOOKUP' assigned to the taskbar and with a click of the mouse you just enter the URL and the numeric equivalent is presented.
If you already know this then hopefully you will not be offended by my comment!

Thanks for the replies guys. It does feel good to know that there are a lot of other people out there that think just like I do. One thing I know is that the average person has a very hard time buying something that is going down but find it very easy to buy something that is going up. Just look at the stock market. I have mentally prepared myself to see a $15 to $18 handle in silver. I know you won't be able to buy any physical silver at that price, but that will be the price that the public believes is real. I will continue to nibble on the way down, never over-committing too much capital, only what I can afford to spend at the time. I still believe in silver and have not thrown in the towel. I just know what we are up against now and have to plan accordingly.

All Webmasters should post their IP numbers on their sites and convert their sites to allow access by IP number (no cname) (Attn: Doc!) ALL users should then record and save these numbers. As a distributed system, the internet is designed to find and make connections between nodes even if a nuclear attack destroys the majority of the hardware. The DNS system, which translates the domain name (www.silverdoctors.com) into an IP address (72.29.90.71) and is the choke point where they can flip a switch and shut the system off, but if you have the IP number of the site, you can still get to it without using this critical chokepoint control.

There is no question that we are watching history being made. Part of the history is the unpleasantness of the value of our insurance appearing to be eroding under the pressure of unprecedented and desperate acts of a failing empire. As the hydra spasms in it's death throes, we are some of the ones getting whacked by the tenacles of the beast.
Personally, it is not the erosion of my metals holdings prices that worries me. That pricing is merely the illusory Potemkin Village of a system in its final stages. But, as I watch the increasing violence and desperation of the constant attempts to keep the gold/silver canary alive in the coalmine, it occurs to me that not only does it mask the collapse of the financial system of which our live is transacted, but more ominously, it foretells of the severity of the collapse they are trying to forestall.
For every one of us with the foresight to put metals away as an insurance policy on our future, how many of our fellow American peop...

Friend,
I feel your pain. I agree with your analysis in all respects. I stacked in 1979-1980 til the cartel broke the Hunt Bros back. It took THIRTY years for silver to recover.
I came back into stacking April 2011 when it was apparent USA and West in general were failing rapidly. I knew PMs were going up and figured 'safe haven' would work. Since then I've read hundreds of hours of economic, PM and current events, and see how the manipulation seems to work indefinitely. QE to Infinity is the latest along with HFT, along with bought-off regulators, collusion between US Treasury and JPMorgue, ad infinitum.
So I guess my response is I hurt emotionally and financially too. But I'm still all-in. I still believe the fundamentals. But I fear the manipulators, the banksters in charge of timing the takedowns, have accidentally discovered that they have more ability & power to control 'economic laws' than even they realized. Maybe I mean they have power to alter / violate economic...

Best Looking Silver Coin

Now that funny mammoth. We Canadians have a weird sense of humor. The one dollar coin is a Loonie (apt)
the two dollar coin is a Two-nie (crap)
The Canadian nickel has a picture of the queen on one side and a picture of a beaver on the other side. HRH E2 was not amused, or so I heard. Don't ask me about Moose-head beer.
The new Canadian Motto. "Free Health Care--Don't Get Sick"

Silver is a precious metal. Remember that.
David Morgan, Jim Sinclair, et al, have a vested intrest in your purchase of Silver. Over the last 5 years there has been a lot of hype. It`s natural. Morgage backed securities, .com etc. all had hype. In the end they were just paper. 200 years from now your silver will still be valuable.
