Rick Santelli Interviews Bart Chilton on CFTC Incompetence

CNBC’s Rick Santelli interviewed Bart Chilton this morning on why the CFTC is dragging their feet on implementing regulations.
Unfortunately, Santelli did not mention silver specifically, and focuses on the CFTC’s failure to implement the conflict of interest rule.

  1. I saw This Interview. This Makes Me Have Less Faith That Santelli Is Not On The Side Of The Banksters.

He kept saying things like “that makes perfect sense” in answer to Bart’s Babbling about this relatively unimportant rule about “conflicts of Interest”

They’re spending time on stuff like commodity brokers being allowed to send charts to clients where there might be a suggestion they’re recommending a certain trade?” Ridiculous!—”Investment Advice” has nothing to do with trading anyway, but that’s beside the point.

As usual, CNBS trots another shill out in front of the public at another critical time before market manipulation is about to happen, (This Sunday Before The Greek Elections), just like they did with Blythe and Gary, and we’re supposed to lap this up as if they’re “DOING SOMETHING”

    Typical Elitist Propaganda. Move Along!

  2. What a liar and a shill Bart Chilton has turned out to be!

He is nothing but a suit paid to do JP Morgan’s bidding.
I have been saying for years that he is a nothing but a joke on the little guys.
Just paid to make it look like the CFTC is something other than the criminals they really are!
  3. I’m sure all three of their viewers enjoyed it.

  4. Oooga ooga ooooga

  5. Great insight Jake.

  6. lol Jake Spot on.

  7. The longest running investigation is US government history. What an fing joke.

  8. love your analysis as always Jake – thanks!

  9. Thanks Ish, SB, and ara. Sometimes I’m called arrogant, long-winded, top dog and opinionated, and sometimes stuff requires “complicated posts”.

In this case, it was clear. Santelli talks to the Hippy and gives him a pass on everything that’s important instead of showing him the back door:

  10. lol

  11. Jake you are too hard on yourself.  Your posts are always educational and informed

As for the slackjawed, straphanging surfnazi jackass Chilton?  What’s with the doo Dude?

Does that help  get you chicks or just make you feel cool and above it all with  the Wall Street crowd  What a douchebag.

  12. Very appropriate Conax. Agreed Marshall. Chilton is a puppet to appease the people. He is employed to address the situation. Well, addressing and taking action is two different things. Bart (as in Bart Simpson) is a well dressed idiot that need to be in the sun and nothing more. Go to the beach Bart. Nah! There’s already enough junk on the beach.

  13. Thanks AGX For Your Kind Words:  As for The CFTC Resident Hippy—

At 2:07 He says, “WE TREAT THE COMMERCIALS DIFFERENTLY FOR A LOT OF REASONS” <—Unreal!—Yes, you shill! Does that mean you’re trying to convince us that the CFTC is harder on the commercials? Or does it mean, they slide under the non-existent radar because they run schemes too complicated for childish hippies to decipher?

Either way, we all know what he means—but Santelli didn’t even pick up on that!

At 2:56 Hippy: “Once That money [$700 billion] was across the pond, the Brits said it had “lost it’s identity” as “client money”. <—-How convenient!—So, how did it get transferred in the first place? And can’t we reverse this transaction if it was not authorized? <—Did Rick Pick Up On This?…NO!

—Also, How convenient is it that Bart won’t need to be relied on to find out why the money can’t be returned because he says he must be deposed?—So what?—Get deposed, you shill!—It’s been months, You Shill!

I’ll Answer that—The money will never be returned because it was used for FED Paybacks and Normal Scamming of The United States Tax-Payers.

This falls into the same category as the money referred to by Congressman Grayson when he asked The Ben Bernank about $800 billion that was transferred to New Zealand. “Are You Going To Tell Us Why That Money Was Transferred and Where It Is Now?”— BEN BERNANK:—NO!—Senator Sanders:—Are you Going To Tell Us Where The Money, (Funds Transferred Overseas), is?—Ben Bernank: NO! Why?—Ben Bernank: Because That Would Compromise The “INTEGRITY” (INTEGRITY?—MY ASS!)…Of the Federal Reserve System. AIN’T THAT TOO BAD– YOU CRIMINAL!

At 3:53 Rick Discusses “The Final Tombstone In DODD-FRANK”. See?—Most of these shills are itching to see Romney get elected. One of the first things he’ll do is repeal Dodd-Frank. This is why they soft-balled Jamie and it’s why JPM and the rest of the banksters are not afraid of getting caught on any of their shenanigans including silver manipulation. Get used to it–silver manipulation will never be killed—AND RICK SANTELLI IS A BIG-TIME SHILL!

  14. Rick is the Chicago Board of Trades….. Circus Clown

he says stuff to divert attention form other areas

he is bought & paid for ( DO you REALLLLLLLLY think he is going to bite the hand that feeds him ? )

    without his handlers approval ?

    he is entertainment

    nothing more

  15. His favorite saying, ” We Are Working On It.” That should be his thyme song. Lol

  16. Jake says!

“Sometimes I’m called arrogant, long-winded, top dog and opinionated, and sometimes stuff requires “complicated posts”.
    Yep could not agree more.

    BESIDES JAKE’S COOL
  17. Rick:  Hey Bart, can I get an interview?

Bart:  Sure, but we can’t talk about any active investigations.  That’s our new policy.

Rick:  You mean, that’s your new way of avoiding hard questions, right?  I mean, you’ve talked about silver with the media many times.

    Bart:  That’s our policy.

Rick:  Isn’t the silver manipulation issue responsible for well over 20 times the number of complaint letters the CFTC gets — that is, 20 times the volume of all other complaint letters combined?

Bart:  Uhh, well, we do get a lot of letters of silver.

Rick:  OK Bart, no direct silver talk.  I get it.  James, roll tape.

  18. LOL Thanks 427—This Ain’t No Hank Williams Song—But It’s Friday Night:

Rick Santelli Is From Chicago So He’ll Appreciate It Too.

  19. I think if I could ask Bart Chilton and/or Gary Gensler a question, it would be :

“Given that your agency has been investigating silver manipulating for 4 years with no results yet, would you say that your agency is either :
    A) Incompetent
    B) Collusive
    C) a waste of taxpayer money and should be dissolved
    D) all of the above ?
    Thank you”
    :D
  20. JAKE;
