Russia Stunned After Japanese Plan To Evacuate 40 Million Revealed

Nearly from day 1 of the Fukushima nuclear disaster, we stated that the end-game would be the complete evacuation of Tokyo- the largest metropolitan area in the world by population.

Unfortunately, this is one time we are most unhappy to be proven correct, as a report circulating in the Kremlin today states Japan has requested Russia return the disputed Kuril Islands to the Japanese, as 40 million Japanese are in ‘extreme danger’ of life threatening radiation poisoning and likely face FORCED EVACUATIONS.

Our question is why the Japanese government did not immediately evacuate the 40 million+ Japanese that faced serious and life-threatening radiation exposure, rather than exposing them to a year of devastating exposure by denying the severity & extent of the crisis.

This is becoming one of the largest tragedies in human history, and yet not a word is uttered by the MSM.

From the European Union Times:

A new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Foreign Ministry on the planned re-opening of talks with Japan over the disputed Kuril Islands during the next fortnight states that Russian diplomats were “stunned” after being told by their Japanese counterparts that upwards of 40 million of their peoples were in “extreme danger” of life threatening radiation poisoning and could very well likely be faced with forced evacuations away from their countries eastern most located cities… including the world’s largest one, Tokyo.

The Kuril Islands are located in Russia’s Sakhalin Oblast region and stretch approximately 1,300 km (810 miles) northeast from Hokkaidō, Japan, to Kamchatka, Russia, separating the Sea of Okhotsk from the North Pacific Ocean. There are 56 islands and many more minor rocks. It consists of Greater Kuril Ridge and Lesser Kuril Ridge, all of which were captured by Soviet Forces in the closing days of World War II from the Japanese.

The “extreme danger” facing tens of millions of the Japanese peoples is the result of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster that was a series of equipment failures, nuclear meltdowns, and releases of radioactive materials at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant, following the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami on 11 March 2011.

According to this report, Japanese diplomats have signaled to their Russian counterparts that the returning of the Kuril Islands to Japan is “critical” as they have no other place to resettle so many people that would, in essence, become the largest migration of human beings since the 1930’s when Soviet leader Stalin forced tens of millions to resettle Russia’s far eastern regions.

  1. Wow…. Sheeesh!

  2. Is the stage being set for WW3?? Stay tuned folks. The Russians dont have a very good history of being generous.

  3. What a logistical nightmare! Moving 40 million people? Maybe FEMA can loan them some of our camps.

  4. Interesting that China has all those “ghost” cities just waiting for millions to move into. Coincidence?

  5. It won’t be cheap like the “Apple” :)

And how exactly they expect to evacuate millions of people on this island. Teleportation ?

An who says the Kuril Islands will be safer ?

  6. I’ve been telling people since the reactors exploded last year that Japan is doomed. A disaster like Chernobyl was not as severe to the Ukranian and Russian people because they could move people away from the contamination. Even so, many adults, children and growing regions were, and still are, hopelessly contaminated. Japan has no where to go. Half the main island is contaminated (north of Tokyo) and with this typhoon bearing down on them, the rest of the island could be significantly affected. My guess is that, if this news is true, the Japanese government is concerned that the winds of the storm will blow much of the contamination in Fukushima south to Tokyo. If this storm causes anymore damage to the already damaged reactors and spent fuel pools, the North American continent may be in danger as well. And no amount of prepping will help us. Except to move to South America or Australia.

  7. The Road. Very scary. Devastation and Desolation. If true, I wonder how much the MSM won’t report it. Oh yeah, sorry, they have to report on American Idol first.

  8. Yep it was a god awful disaster which happened in Japan but I wouldn’t put it past Politicians to try and use the disaster just to get the Islands back. So I will sit on the sidelines and watch and not get to excited over it..

  9. Not Sure   you are spot on in this analysis.  The Cat 5 typhoon could wreck much damage to the Unit 4 reactor as well as washing radioactive material all around the island areas.  Unit 4 is pretty unstable and no one knows how it will fare in a max force storm.  The radiation on our west coast is also coming the form of radioactive buckyballs, microspheres of nuclear material that formed when sea water was sluiced over the reactors as they were going China Syndrome.  This stuff is nasty from what I heard and is starting to show up on our shores.  The airborne radioactive materials have been floating over the US for nearly a year.

  10. Not Sure. I just took a look at these ghost cities and…. I have a hard time believing that China is stupid enough to keep building these cities if no one is buying… But I guess there is a place for all of those Japanese caught up in the nuclear disaster. Thats a interesting take.. very interesting.

  11. Scary stuff.

  12. This article first appeared 2 months ago.  People think this is all a hoax.

  13. Well, what isn’t a hoax is the fact the MSM doesn’t report anything related to the Fukushima situation. It’s like it’s a non-event. Even the Japanese people can’t get any news on the condition of the reactors and must rely on the bloggers who are reporting the radiation levels around the island. Of course, the yen is a major currency in the world wide currency swap trade and we can’t have any news that might upset that little part of our financial house of cards, now can we.

  14. The enmity between China and Japan is perhaps too great for Japanese to relocate to China? I don’t know, but it is the impression I have.

That is a sad situation, but something about Japan has always left me feeling a tad uneasy, such a large economic power and distinct culture on such a small stretch of island, it feels like something is bound to unsettle them in the end.
  15. 2 words:  Sorcha Faal.

There are no attributed sources to the story.  This is a fake news site (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/European_Union_Times.)  Look at the date - it’s 15 Apr. 2012.  Links in this story point to other (fake) news sites (The Voice of Russia” for example) that have the same wrong date.  Strange coincidence wouldn’t you say? Poor Doc got suckered again.

  16. Silver Alert  I’ve been studying up on Fukushima for 6 months   There is a large body of evidence on the radiation dispersion in the prefectures around Fukushima and even as far as Tokyo.  Radiation counts range from 5-20 times background levels with hot spots well above that.  If you go to the site rense.com, there is a goodly amount of data on Fukushima and its local and world wide effects.  I have heard rumors of these negotiations with Russia but whatever their validity, if the cooling towwer for Fukushima reactor 4 is destroyed by an earthquake or simply falls apart due to the radiological damage to the structure, it would be an event far worse that Chernobyl.  Even the Japanese government and TEPCO, loath to discuss this indicate that the removal of 500 tons of MOX fuel from reactor 4 could take 10 years or more.  That alone is a recipe for disaster since there is no present day technology that can remove fuel in the position now found in that reactor.  A 35 ton crane that was to be used for fuel removal fell into the pool, further increasing the difficulty of fuel removal   There is a better chance of seeing an earthquake in the immediate area are could destroy the fuel cooling pool that the human element needed to get to that fuel.   You may want to look up the report made by the Oregon Senator who visited the reactor site and what he said to the UN and the US agencies in charge of matters like this

  17. AGXIIK,

I’ve been following “George Washington’s” blogs on this and I agree that Fukushima is already a tragedy and has the potential to evolve into a catastrophe of epic proportions. It’s also dismaying to see the cover-ups being perpetrated by the media and the governments.

I’m just pointing out that this particular “news” story was started by “Sorcha Faal” a few months ago.  David Booth (“her” real name) likes to take a grain of truth and weave a wonderful story around it.  If Doc wants to post something on Fukushima there are plenty of reputable sources with horrific enough info out there.

To reprint and give credence to and reprint sensationalistic BS tripe does neither the Doc nor the real tragedy any good at all.

  18. :)

Thus the point this broken record keeps repeating:

AU/AG is great to fight inflation, as long as your backrayd isn’t glowing. At that point, you’ve got bigger problems than a worthless 401k.

And this is only the beginning. What do you think things will look like when Iran/Russia/Islamic countries decide to erase that “annoying” Judaic thorn in their side…

Oh, and by the way, Syria (which despite its cruel military that takes no prisoners in its treatment of opposing forces, gave much freedom to Syrian Christians, who will now be persecuted as either Sunni extremists or Shiite forces take control of the country) has the largest chemical weapons stockpile in the world. That’s a pretty spooky thought.

And the Russians have sent Marines to Tartus and are sending advanced anti-air and anti-ship missiles to Syria (likely to be operated by Russian “advisors” since Syrians don’t know how to use this stuff)….

Oooooh wow, the years to come will be something else.

    Got Jesus? :)

  19. Silver Alert,

You’re absolutely right about Sorcha Faal and appear to be right about
European Union Times.  This story appears to have first been published by Faal on April 15th, as you note.  Click here for original.

The most amusing thing about the story is that the disputed Kuril Islands are not suited to take on an influx of 40 million people.  Less than 17,000 people live there now and half of them are below the poverty level.  Infrastructure is minimal.  The climate sucks.  It’s silly to even suggest Japan would be able to move 40 million people over there.

    Doc,

Info pollution from the likes of Socha Faal is actually counter-productive to the effort of uncovering what is going on and getting that info out to the public.  There’s an active cover-up going on, to be sure, but one of the ways intelligence agencies and other arms of the powers that be affect cover-ups is to in fact use tools like Faal-style reports that touch on “some” truth to muddle the crap out of the overall background of a story that conspiracy researchers work hard to uncover.

    AG,

Everything you note is spot-on re. Fukushima.  For what it’s worth, however, Sorcha Faal is among the worst places to scan for intel on the internet — and that’s saying quite a bit.  As with any propaganda or sensationalist message, a core level of truth is needed to successfully deliver the message.  Sorcha Faal fully understands this.   Just fyi…  I’ve read her stuff on and off for about 8 years and even took the time to deeply research a few of her “whopper” stories.

  20. 10-4    I looked up Sorcha Faal afterwards  I never heard of him/her before this but it does expand my horizons.   It is probably pretty questionable about moving 40 mil Japanese anywhere much less some rocky little islands or a few ghost cities but if reactor 4 blows up it will be the mother of all disasters.   The diplomatic conversation  seems like a balloon going up   and seeing if someone salutes  We will see.

Diplomats can be a squirelly bunch with conversations that can be off the wall at best.   Cheers all

  21. Thanks for the heads up regarding Sorcha Faal guys.
Hopefully reactor 4 stays intact and a worse case scenario can be averted.

  22.  Here is my broken record once more (agaiiiin):
    This is breaking news….

Russia, China, Iran plan to stage in Syria “biggest Mid East maneuver”

Middle East military tensions around Syria shot up again Monday, June
18, with the news reported by the semi-official Iranian news agency Fars
that a joint Russian-Chinese-Iranian exercise is to take place in
    Syria.

It was described as “the biggest of its kind ever staged in the Middle
East” with 90,000 personnel, 400 air planes and 900 tanks taking part.
As part of its preparations, Beijing is reported to have asked Egyptian
authorities to permit the passage through the Suez Canal in late June
of 12 naval ships heading for the Syrian port of Tartus, where Moscow
maintains a naval and marine base. debkafile
reported earlier this week that Russian naval vessels with marines on
board were heading for Tartus. The Iranian media did not itemize their
    contribution to the joint exercise.
    debkafile stresses
that this would be the first time that substantial Russian and Chinese
military strength has ever been deployed in Syria or anywhere else in
the Middle East. It means that the two powers are prepared to parade
their unabashed partnership with the Iranian and Syrian armies for the
shared purpose of obstructing US-European-Arab military intervention in
Syria. A large-scale Russian and Chinese military presence in the
embattled country would expect to deter the United States from leading a
military operation against Bashar Assad and his regime.
No date was attached to the report but the exercise may possibly take place before the end of the month

The large-scale maneuver was announced in Tehran on the first day of
the nuclear crisis talks in Moscow between Iran and the six world
powers, their third attempt to resolve the crisis by diplomacy. However,
Russian and Iranian sources close to the talks were pessimistic about
progress. An Iranian delegation member complained the atmosphere was
harsh and unconstructive. A Russian source saw no way of bridging US-led
Western differences with Tehran when the parties reconvene Monday.
    debkafile also
notes that the big joint Russian-Chinese-Iranian exercise “at sea, air
and land on Syrian soil,” ws released for publication shortly before US
President Barack Obama was due to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin
at the G-20 summit in Mexico.

AU/AG is  a good hedge against inflation, but not against glowing backyards.
    Got Jesus ? :)

  23. And for the record,
the Hebrew prophet Ezekiel was shown this end-time über-battle by God in Ezekiel 38 and 39 of the Bible.

Do you know why I am not worried?

Well, because the result of the Russian/Iranian/Islamic sneak attack on Israel has been foretold.

    :)

God defeats Russia/Iran and gives victory to Israel.

So no worries. Well, unless you’re unsaved, if the fallout from this war affects you, you might end up on the wrong side of eternity.
    Got Jesus? :)

  24. Proverb 1616;

You should post the links so others can validate your post. Why are you hear? I have not seen one post of yours that relates to anything this site offers. I see only preaching the lord, And an effort to antagonize your fellow man. I do not see the lord as being happy with your behavior one bit. I would if I were you, find a site that sees a world view as you do. You have a lot of good info, but off topic for this site as a whole.
Have a nice day, no response need thank you

  25. Thanks for your advice 427 :)

To briefly answer your question (though I suppose you didn’t want an answer),

I am here to learn about world events from the silver community angle, and when I post comments, I try to post comments that challenge men out there to see the bigger picture:

yes, silver is neat, I think it’s a great tool to fight inflation, but the MOST IMPORTANT HEDGE a man can make is his eternal soul’s destiny.

So, I try to post things which will awaken readers to the fact that BIGGER problems than inflation are coming. I try to bring information that is connected to the key players of world events which are going to affect monetary policy (China, Russia, Iran, Muslim World), and try to connect their growing global prowess to end-times prophecies (because God agev us prophecies to prepare us for His return.)

So in other words, no matter what forum I’m in, I’m a Jesus-centric person, and I use the interests of the people in that forum to show them the Lord is at hand.

Here, it is strongly focused on silver, looming catastrophes and how to prepare oneself to survive and thrive in hard times.

I appreciate AGX’s wise posts on survival and preparing oneself with food, ammo, shelter etc. Others also bring good info (like, say, on Japan’s radiation issues…. totally unrelated to AG).

Hopefully you’re not offended by the fact that I chose to answer your question :)

As for posting the link, my apology, I’ll do that next time if you’re offended by lack of links.

    Have a good night :)

  26. Always liked Proverbs 17:17 myself……

  27. 1616;

We all live in a world one that is vary messed up. How dose it get that way? Radicals.
Should I be preaching the twelfth emom to you? No. how about ala? No.
Why would I do that to you it’s not your belief.

But back to radicals they are the ones that force there beliefs onto others. By any means necessary.
I for one totally expect full blown world war, and a reduction of half or more of the world population.
It will be once again as always over religious beliefs. By any
    means necessary.
So when your preaching on this site, and you have been asked to stop, and it seems to be your main focus and priority within you post. This is a radical view, by any means necessary.
If you want to learn what this site is offering thats fine. Because you had the choice and will to seek this site out. Did you see that I mention CHOICE Because if I want to learn what your preaching I would go seek out the information my self, my choice and were.
In order for one to learn they need to lissen not preach. One can not fill a glass with water that is already filled.
I hope you understand, and I am trying to be vary polite in this matter. You should have your beliefs, Gods given rights. But you can not infringe on others rights doing so.
  28. How much better to get wisdom than gold!
To get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver. Blood, gold and silver is God’s money ….. don’t worry I’m a Christian, I believe but the lord wants us to provide for ourselves, store up what labor we have put forth. Death & Taxes is what we get for being in this world but we fight for Liberty with silver

  29. SGTreport put up the same article last night but took it down when the truth of it was pointed out – http://sgtreport.com/2012/06/russia-stunned-after-japanese-plan-to-evacuate-40-million-revealed

Doc, can you at least put in a disclaimer as a lead in to your post?

  30. Lucky me, I live in Japan but just north of Tokyo and out of the area the wind currents blow from there.
I would honestly expect the talk about the islands to be nothing more than political jive to grab land and political power.
The universities near me monitor the situation, accurately I believe. It’s higher than normal but paranoids who don’t know any better are making it seem worse than it really is.
I’m still traveling through Tokyo every day.

  31. Silver Alert;

Are you trying to say this site should pull post down whenever an individual comes on and clames something is false? That would be like the MSM in fear of what one or a class of viewer thought. And then only report on what is politically correct. Now it’s good to leave a post like such up in order for all readers to have the links and others views. They then can go and do there own research to find there own truth. If you feel you found yours good and thanks for you prior research. But for you to come to this site and imply a post should be removed because of your view is ludacris.  Shame on SGT
  32. Sweeves;

Maybe you should not take the situation at hand so lightly
A powerful typhoon bringing heavy rain and strong winds slammed into Japan’s Pacific Coast Tuesday, the weather agency said, as flights were cancelled and evacuations ordered.

About 10,400 people in coastal Ishinomaki, hit by last year’s earthquake and tsunami, were advised to evacuate to higher ground ahead of the arrival there of the typhoon, which would coincide with rises in the tide, a city official said.

The typhoon made landfall on the tip of the Kii peninsula, south of Osaka, shortly after 5:00 p.m., and was expected to cut across Japan’s main island of Honshu, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.

It was moving northeast at 40 miles per hour.

“The typhoon’s force may not gain any more but we think the wind and rain will get stronger. It is picking up speed,” an official at the agency said.

The typhoon, named Guchol — meaning “turmeric” in a Micronesian language — packing winds of up to 180 kilometers per hour, was projected to move over Honshu, including Tokyo, overnight and go out into the Pacific again Wednesday morning, the agency said.

The town of Nachikatsuura, some 400 kilometers southwest of Tokyo, ordered nearly 1,600 residents to evacuate, warning of the danger of landslides brought on by heavy rain, public broadcaster NHK said.

Airlines have cancelled around 200 domestic flights so far because of the strong winds, NHK said
  33. 427,

Thanks for the weather update. Japan is in for another round batterings. Just must be their decade (dark sarcasm).
As far as Proverbs1616′s posts…..lighten up. His posts are no more annoying than any other posters on this site. The beauty of written communications like this board is that if you don’t like someones perspective, don’t read it! At least he’s not in your face at your lunch table giving you indigestion. And his perspective is a valid one. Silver and gold won’t save you when death comes in the form of a bomb or nuclear fallout. At some point life forces you to think about things other than what a prick Jamie Dimon is or how this country is drifting away from the Constitution. I, for one, appreciate a subtle nudge every once and a while to remind me to think of things eternal.
  34. I may as well throw my 2 cents in the ring….
Honestly what I have been seeing more and more on the site when some people comment in a topic whether mean to or not they bring an unrelated agenda into the comment then taking away from a given topic… I’m not pointing fingers and I am just as guilty of doing this at times… What we need to remember is that we have forums that have been generously provided to us to talk about anything we want… We have sponsors on the site that help keep the site going… Show the Doc, site members, and site sponsors the respect they deserve and keep to the posted topics… There is nothing wrong with someone trying to get others to see there point of view, but there is a time and place for it… Go to general discussion… If people who quietly visit the site see bashing or pushing away certain beliefs it could give us a bad reputation which could hurt our chances of future sponsors in addition to giving the site a bad reputation…
That being said I personally don’t agree with the religious stuff being pushed in the topics…
Turned out to be more like my $1.95 on the topic…LoL
