The FED is going over the cliff with bond purchases from the Treasury. I’m buying Silver as if they can’t change course. ZIRP is here to stay.
THE BOND BUBBLE, KEEP STACKING
Good line: We will find out who is swimming naked when the tide goes out. It ain’t me.
Better to swim with shorts on than remove them, exposing shortcomings. Got shorts Dimon? Keep them on you rat bastard. We know what you are lacking. tide’s going out for sure RRG
Personally I like to swimmin’ with bow legged women.
Well, gee, how about that Bond interest rate calculation of about a trillion annually! Right about the level of deficit borrowing that government has been incurring the past couple years. What a curious ‘coincidence’.
As I’ve been trying to explain for years … the banknote scheme systemically compels that interest, which in turn reciprocally necessitates the creation of currency (the ‘deficit’) to service it. Currency as principal-at-interest … compounds … Interest as currency-in-service. Like Edgar Allen Poe’s gradually descending ’Pendulum’, it slowly slices the ‘body economic’ in half. All the mahem and stupid, frantic central bank ploys we’re witnessing illustrate the ‘first contact’ of that swinging blade. The inevitable result is, of course, certain economic death.
