GEICO Canceling Insurance Because Customers Work in Firearms Industry

geico cancels insuranceAn SD reader has sent us his notification of cancellation of auto insurance from GEICO effective 1/22/13 due to the fact that ”the vehicle does not meet our underwriting guidelines because it is used in conjunction with a company that deals in the weapons industry”.

First Bank of America began confiscating the funds of firearms dealers, now GEICO believes it can cancel service for anyone working in the firearms industry. Who needs gun bans when the the banksters are more than willing to do the dirty work and pull strong armed corruption Chicago style stunts?

Wyoming to Nullify Any New Federal Gun Laws, Charge Any Feds Attempting to Confiscate Citizens Guns With a Felony

Wyoming lawmakers have proposed a bill to nullify any new federal restrictions on guns, and threatening to arrest any federal agents attempting to confiscate guns, mags, or ammo and charge them with a felony.
If passed, expect Wyoming’s population to literally double overnight.

Wyoming lawmakers have proposed a new bill that, if passed, would nullify any federal restrictions on guns, threatening to jail federal agents attempting to confiscate guns, ammunition magazines or ammunition.

The bill – HB0104 – states that “any federal law which attempts to ban a semi-automatic firearm or to limit the size of a magazine of a firearm or other limitation on firearms in this state shall be unenforceable in Wyoming.” [Read more...]

Obama Campaign Speech: I Believe in the 2nd Amendment, I Won’t Take Your Rifle or Shotgun Away!

obamaWith the Obama administration attacking the 2nd amendment and American’s Constitutional right to bear arms, we thought it would be apropos to bring back a clip from Sep 9, 2008, while Obama was campaigning in Virginia, in which he stated he believed in the 2nd amendment and would not take American’s guns away:

“I just want to be absolutely clear, alright? So, I don’t want any misunderstanding when y’all go home and you’re talking to your buddies and say, “Ah, he wants to take my gun away.” You’ve heard it here. I’m on television, so everybody knows it. I believe in the second amendment. I believe in people’s lawful right to bear arms. I will not take your shotgun away. I will not take your rifle away. I won’t take your handgun away.”

Bank Of America Confiscates Funds of Licensed Online Gun Dealer, States: “We Believe You Should Not Be Selling Guns On The Internet”

imagesIt appears that our bankster friends at the Bank of America have decided to use the Obama Administration’s attack on the 2nd amendment as justification for the bank to confiscate funds of their clients in the guns and ammunition industry.  

American Spirit Arms owner Joe Sirochman has revealed that his business’ assets have been confiscated by Bank of America, and a Bank of America exec gave Mr. Sirochman an explanation for the theft of:  “WE BELIEVE YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING GUNS and PARTS ON THE INTERNET”.

Obama to Put “Full Weight” Behind Senator Feinstein’s Gun Confiscation Plan

On December 17th, we warned SD readers that Senator Feinstein was drafting the most draconian anti-2nd amendment legislation imaginable, and that the Obama administration had its sights set on instigating the 2nd American Revolution by going after 100 million Americans’ guns.
Der Führer in Chief was on Meet the Press Sunday, and to no surprise, Obama stated he is putting his full weight behind Feinstein’s bill, which criminalizes the possession, use, and sale of nearly all guns.
Obama stated that “I’m going to be putting forward a package and I’m going to be putting my full weight behind it…
I’m going to be making an argument to the American people about why this is important and why we have to do everything we can to make sure that something like what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary does not happen again.”

Translation: The most important right guaranteed by the Bill of Rights is about to come under direct attack by the resident Kenyan at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

In the wake of Obama’s re-election, long-time gun control advocate Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is reportedly drafting legislation to ban thousands of guns including ALL assault (semi-automatic) rifles, high capacity magazines, and pistol grips.

Perhaps this explains today’s surge in stock of firearms manufactures such as Ruger and Smith & Wesson in the midst of the largest stock market rout in over a year today.
