GE Capital Cuts Off Financing to Gun Stores

gun controlWelcome to the new Fascist Amerika where only those businesses aligning with the goals of our fascist overlords are allowed to succeed. As the WSJ has reports tonight, GE Capital has just cut off all funding to gun dealers across the US:

This month, Glenn Duncan, owner of Duncan’s Outdoor Store in Bay City, Mich., said he received a letter from GE Capital Retail Bank in which the lender said it had made “the difficult decision” to stop providing financing services to his store. Other gun dealers have received similar notices.

With the Senate failing to pass Obama’s signature gun control legislation this week, it appears that the banksters are taking the destruction of the 2nd amendment into their own hands. [Read more...]

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently raided one of our readers: a kitchen table FFL dealer who does everything—everything—by the book. He has, however, consistently criticized the ATF for its unconstitutional regulations and long history of extra-legal activities. This is his story.

First of all, forget about them coming to the door. They’ll intercept you on your way home from the Doctor’s office (for example), then one vehicle will come up behind you and two will block your way in front and turn on the flashing lights. They then jump out with ‘real’ assault rifles, point them at you and order your hands up, and exit the vehicle.  You, being a law abiding citizen, comply. At gunpoint, they order you to assume the position against your car, handcuffs you and frisk you, and you’re directed to get into the back seat. BACKFIRE: Seattle PD Gun Buyback Turns Into Gun Show; Collectors Waved “Wads of Cash” At Those In Line

guns4cashLiberals attempted the first gun buy-back in Seattle in 20 years last weekend.  Unfortunately for the gun-control advocates and 2nd amendment haters, hilarity ensued as the gun buy-back quickly developed into a full-fledge gun show, as gun enthusiasts and collectors swarmed the buy-back line with offers to buy the guns for cash.  To the astonishment of the Seattle PD, a large portion of those turning in their guns decided they would rather receive cold hard cash for their weapons than receive token gift cards from the Seattle Police Department to turn in their guns.  Ooops. 

Schuyler Taylor, a previous gun retailer attending the event in hopes of buying weapons, asked “Why not offer them cash versus a gift card? I’m still taking the guns off the streets; they’re just going in my safe.” [Read more...]

GEICO Canceling Insurance Because Customers Work in Firearms Industry

geico cancels insuranceAn SD reader has sent us his notification of cancellation of auto insurance from GEICO effective 1/22/13 due to the fact that ”the vehicle does not meet our underwriting guidelines because it is used in conjunction with a company that deals in the weapons industry”.

First Bank of America began confiscating the funds of firearms dealers, now GEICO believes it can cancel service for anyone working in the firearms industry. Who needs gun bans when the the banksters are more than willing to do the dirty work and pull strong armed corruption Chicago style stunts?

Wyoming to Nullify Any New Federal Gun Laws, Charge Any Feds Attempting to Confiscate Citizens Guns With a Felony

Wyoming lawmakers have proposed a bill to nullify any new federal restrictions on guns, and threatening to arrest any federal agents attempting to confiscate guns, mags, or ammo and charge them with a felony.
If passed, expect Wyoming’s population to literally double overnight.

So, I don’t want any misunderstanding when y’all go home and you’re talking to your buddies and say, “Ah, he wants to take my gun away.” You’ve heard it here. I’m on television, so everybody knows it. I believe in the second amendment. I believe in people’s lawful right to bear arms. I will not take your shotgun away. I will not take your rifle away. Biden: Obama Considering ‘Executive Order’ to Deal With Guns

Biden gun controlMoments ago on MSNBC, VP Biden announced that President Obama is considering going after the 2nd amendment via executive order. 
Biden, who is scheduled to meet with execs from the NRA Thursday, stated that President Obama is going to act, and that executive orders and executive action can be taken.

If team Obama/Biden are not merely bluffing regarding an executive order, it is looking more likely by the day that Obama could literally instigate the 2nd Civil War.

Marine Letter to Senator Feinstein Goes Viral: I Will Not Register My Weapons, I Am Not Your Subject!

I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.  I am the man who fought for my country.   I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime.

Soviet Urges Americans: Never Give Up Your Guns!

These days, there are few few things to admire about the socialist, bankrupt and culturally degenerating USA, but at least so far, one thing remains: the right to bare arms and use deadly force to defend one’s self and possessions.  This will probably come as a total shock to most of my Western readers, but at one point, Russia was one of the most heavily armed societies on earth. This was, of course, when we were free under the Tsar.

One of the first things the Soviets did when they took over was to disarm the population. From that point, mass repression, mass arrests, mass deportations, mass murder, mass starvation were all a safe game for the powers that were. The worst they had to fear was a pitchfork in the guts or a knife in the back or the occasional hunting rifle. Not much for soldiers.

To this day, with the Soviet Union now dead 21 years, with a whole generation born and raised to adulthood without the SU, we are still denied our basic and traditional rights to self defense. Why? We are told that everyone would just start shooting each other and crime would be everywhere….but criminals are still armed and still murdering and to often, especially in the far regions, those criminals wear the uniforms of the police.
