Federal reserve has a monopoly on interest rates in the US, tell me that is legal. They are an illegal cartel just like a drug cartel. We need to end the fed and put the control back in states hands.

MaryB, it’s wonderful that a growing number of folks are re-emphasizing State control over the federal body, but far more can be done toward that goal through local communities re-organizing their judicial frameworks into original jurisdiction Community Courts operating under Common Law Process, wherein juries sit in judgment, not only of the facts of the cases before them, but the statutes used to make accusuation against them, as well! We hear much about State Nullification of odious federal imposition, yet the impetus to force State Legisgatures to pass such measures is irresistable when myriad local juries nullify such statutes in their courts accross the States!
The original jurisdiction Community Court system is the first and most critical bulwark in defending genuine power over governance through active, constant control by The People. It is in THAT forum, where police, local and State politicians are given their unquestionable instructions to act strictly within the Constitutions.
It’s not just a cartel, it is also a private corporation that is against the Constitution because it says that only the Congress is allowed to regulate the currency and other stuff but not the Federal Reserve.
