US Marine Brandon Raub’s Attorney John Whitehead has revealed that while Raub was criminally institutionalized psychiatrists that he was seeing threatened to “brainwash” him and force him to take medication.
Shockingly, Whitehead has also revealed that since representing Raub, he is getting calls from veterans and people all over the country reporting psychiatric detention for political speech.

Marine Veteran Brandon Raub’s Attorney says he is getting calls from veterans and people all over the country reporting psychiatric detention for political speech.
Last Thursday, decorator form US Marine Brandon Raub, who served two tour of duties in Iraq and Afghanistan, was detained by the FBI and local authorities for posting controversial anti-government political comments on the social media site Facebook.
Although 26 year-old Brandon Raub was forcefully detained against his will for his political views he was not charged with any criminal misconduct, a hallmark of the NAZI gestapo tactic of indefinite psychiatric detention which was used to crush political dissent.
John Whitehead, a constitutional attorney representing Raub, discussed how the US government violated his client’s first amendment rights with RT yesterday.
He also made an appearance on GBTV with Glen Beck in which he made even more shocking revelations.
Whitehead tells Beck that he is getting calls from military veterans all over the country subjected to the same Nazi style psychiatric detention for their political views.
More alarming, is when Beck asked if people of left-wing ideology – specifically members of Occupy Wall Street – are being detained Whitehead responded saying he can’t say for sure because people all over the country are just disappearing.
He also reveals that while Raub was in psychiatric detention one of the psychiatrists that he was seeing threatened to “brainwash” him and force him to take medication.

What was the reason for the FEMA camps, again?
I have been watching this story and find the action taken against that young man atrocious and insane. While I disagree with many things people say, I also served in the military of this country to protect our rights as citizens. Now we are being threatened for having an opinion while real horror surrounds us daily both physically and financially. Needless to say I wrote down Rutherford.org. It seems VA is having its share of situations as I have heard of another story where a gang beat up a couple and the police basically did nothing about it. The couple were reporters and their own newspaper didn’t even support them and they had to miss a week of work to heal from their injuries. The story was covered by Bill O’Reilly as the mass media ignored the event.
Needless to say it looks like stating the truth or even your own opinion on anything may land you in the psych ward for a little attitude adjustment. I guess Teddy Roosevelt knew what he was talking about when he said “speak softly and carry a big stick.” The more I read and hear, the more disgusting things get. Spying, drones, people disappearing is not what this country should be about. We have spent too much in personal treasure and lives to protect against exactly what is happening now at home. Looks like no hope and more change than anyone bargained for has definitely arrived.
Be careful out there! And we the people are the only ones that can fix this before people are thrown to the lions again. I’m just sick in my stomach over the whole state of affairs. Take care folks.
Paranoia going on here. Since Raub’s attorney got him released, what’s the issue? All such cases would end the same. As for people disappearing all over the country, where’s the evidence?

After listening to this interview and Chris Hedges video I feel like I’m on a tilt-a-whirl. If someone showed me this 3 years ago I would have said they were nuts. After 3 years of deprogramming myself it infuriates me off that this state of affairs is coming so hard and fast at us all.
It’s very clear that extraordinarily evil people in the top eschelon of our government are out to hurt Veterans who claim PTSD. They are going to be denied all types of rights from voting, ownership of guns, passports and anything else they consider their birthright and for no other reason than they served their country and were deeply affected and traumatized by what they saw and did.
If you ever served in the Armed Forces from WWII to Iraq be sure you tell every one in your Band of Brothers what is happening. When the Vietnam War Vets came home they were treated very badly. Now they are being turned in, arrested, demeaned and demonized by the very country they pledge to serve, even if it meant they lives were forfeit in that service.
This is absolutely over the top.
Digressing a bit, the comments being posted below on the PM Guru section reminded me that if we try to ‘convert’ people to our way of thinking and fail, we will be remembered by those people.

I hope that Ron Paul will be fine if He ever wants to give political speeches especially because He’s a candidate for being the future president of the US. Actually you know what? Is it not completely ironic that those who really are insane reach for psychological punishment of others who are not insane? The Nazis did this. The Soviets did this. The Chinese did this. Just an hour ago I took a ride to the local Safeway to pick up some carrots – for my eyes. The streets were empty as well the parking lot. I walked into the store and didn’t see a soul; the stilliness was unnverving. Then…there was a squeal coming from the vegetable department. I rushed over and found a clerk cowering under the banana stand (2 bunches for a $1.00); he muttered: “Black helicopters dropped from the sky. Black-cloaked soldiers rushed out and rounded everyone up in sight. I hid. They beat and pepper-sprayed everyone. And they’ll be back…they’re coming back!!!!”
I left as quickly as I could (after taking a bag of carrots) and headed home to write this. Apologies for doubting Mr. Raub’s attorney.

Facebook and you tube video and free speech must be threatening powerful people. For instance I did not want to question the official story of 911 for years. I refused to believe that our gov. would have had anything to do with that, that “Truthers” must have something wrong with them! Then I saw the video (on you tube) of building 7 world trade center. The official story was clearly at odds with my eyes and I could no longer dismiss the questions of the Truthers as nonsense! That led to more questions and more after that. To see Brandon Raub grabbed shook me because I post to family and friends. I am a veteran, a Ron Paul supporter… I question 911 and everything else now. I stopped watching the TV news for web news and stories and video. This is the video I could not explain other than the official story was a untrue and the MSM was covering it up. What else was untrue? If the story is impossible then something else must be the truth no matter how improbable! This video and countless others and internet news and the web in general are threatening to TPTB and they are sending a chilling message–THEY WILL NOT TOLERATE IT FROM VETS!

I’ve seen this film of WT building 7 before . If it is a real film then those are controlled detonations of some sort and appear to remove structural supports that then allowed the building to collapse. Shortly after the twin towers fell there was alot of chatter on the news about the structural integrity of WT 7. It appeared to be damaged by the collapse of the WT 1 and 2. That played well into the destruction of WT7
There was even speculation that these small blasts shown on the film were micro nukes. This got me to doing a bit reseach and I found that micro nukes are real and can be crafted to yield at little as a few thousand lbs of TNT. But the speed of the blast wave of a micro is measured at about 250 miles per second vs regular explosives measured in thousands of feet per second. The concussive blast of a detonation of this nature would take a small charge to accomplish was normally takes weeks of preparation, removal of a substantial amounts of the buildings structural supports and then a very carefully detonated series of explosives. The precision of the building demolition has been seen many times on various videos. But no planned and controlled detonation has been used on a building of this size and heighth WT 7 was 47 stories tall. To drop a building likethat would take weeks of planning. There are also rumors that this building contained financial records of the Enron scandal, several thousand tons of Dragon Family gold and some of the really nice looking but forged treasury notes that we heard about now and then. There’s a story that’s gone dark of late.
The entire 9-11 event seems pretty fishy too. Anyone with a clue had to figure out that the event could have been prevented with a little detective work. 18 muslim males training to fly heavy body jets from takeoff with no landing skills included. Huh? The FBI and CIA were both in the know about the chances of this happening. The men involved were on the Fed’s radar. But they managed to hijack not one but 4 large jets that fateful day. And then the collapse of WT 1 and 2 in near perfect fashion and yet they were 100 stories high. How is it that two these towers collapsed so perfectly that they did not cause any signficant collateral damage to nearby buildings except WT7. Both jets carved holes in the sides of the building and I can’t see how those craters in the sides of 100 story buildings didn’t cause one or both buildings to topple sideways. If they were collapsed by external effort such as with placed charged that is the only way I see these buildings falling straight into their foundations. That was incredibly surreal if you ask me.
Just because I’m a little paranoid doesn’t mean someone is not out to get us. It sure was a convenient excuse to start a decade long war in the middle east and we know how well that worked out for—-
